Inside you'll find 31 spacious apartments designed just for the independent senior who enjoys an active lifestyle. Each apartment includes a full kitchen, a bay window, a walk-in closet, self-controlled heating system, and an emergency call system that is answered 24/7 by Appleton Area Health Services nursing staff.
Apple Ridge Estates tenants also have full access to the fireside lounge/library, chapel, formal dining room, guest room, exercise room and one of four laundry rooms.
As an Apple Ridge tenant, you can enjoy the independence you need as an active, self-sufficient senior, socialization when you want it and privacy when you need it. You can feel safe in our secure building so your family doesnít need to worry about you.
Rental rates vary based on the size of the apartment, ranging from 555 to 825 square feet. Monthly rates include substantial noon meal daily, weekly housekeeping, recreational and social activities, all utilities except phone and cable TV and use of the emergency call system.
