Come join us for our annual Appleton Area Health Foundation Golf Classic! Get ready for a day of sunshine, great company, delicious food, exciting games, and, of course, a thrilling round of golf. Your registration fee includes 18 holes of golf, two meals, two drink tickets valid at the Appleton Golf Club, snacks, and a special gift from the Appleton Area Health Foundation. You don't want to miss out! 

 

Cash prizes will be awarded to teams placing 1st place ($400), 2nd place ($300), and 3rd place ($200). Gift cards and trophies will be awarded to both men and women for Longest Putt on Hole 1, Longest Drive on Hole 2, and Closest to the Pin on Hole 8.

 

• Simply complete the registration form and return with your fees. Don’t miss out, we’ve planned a day full of games, prizes, raffles, delicious food, and more!

• Arrive at the course ready to have a great time! Check in and collect your scorecards, drink tickets, and gifts. Mulligans will also be available for purchase at that time. A light breakfast will be provided during registration from 8:30-9:45am. Shotgun start at 10:00am!

• We’ll tally the scores after the tournament and announce the winners in the clubhouse.

This year we’re continuing our efforts on raising monies for the Appleton Area Health Foundation Scholarship fund in order to provide support to our area youth and employees in furthering their         education.
