We are busy planning for our annual 10th Annual Golf Scramble Fundraiser - with some important changes!
This year you’ll have the option of participating in one of two ways....you’ll have from August 1-26th to hit the course and show your support on a day that’s convenient for you, or join us on August 27th and we’ll golf, laugh, eat, and celebrate together!
We invite you to participate in this exciting event. Your AAH Foundation Golf Tournament participation fees entitle you to 9 or 18 holes of golf that can be used anytime between August 1-27, 2021, a meal voucher at Appleton VFW Post 4955, 2 beverage tickets to be used at the Appleton Golf Club, and gifts from the Appleton Area Health Foundation (you’re going to love them!)
Cash prizes will be awarded for 1st place ($400), 2nd place ($300), and 3rd place teams. Prizes awarded to men/women for Longest Putt (Hole 1), Longest Drive (Hole 2), Closest to the pin (Hole 8). Additional games and prizes available as well!
Here’s how the tournament will work if you choose to participate outside of the August 27th event…
Pick a day for you and your team to hit the course...remember this is a “Scramble.”
Call Appleton Golf Club at 320.289.2511 to reserve your tee time and don’t forget to mention that you’re happily supporting the Appleton Area Health Foundation. Golf cart rentals are available upon request. Mulligans are also available for purchase ($5 each or 3 for $10...you may request them at the club house.)
Arrive at the course ready to have a great time! Check in and collect your scorecards, meal voucher, drink tickets, and gift!
Play a round of golf and enjoy the beautiful course...please take a picture of your team and text it to Angel at 320.226.4242 or email it to firstname.lastname@example.org (we will be sharing these on our social media pages and website)
When you’re done, drop your scorecard off at the clubhouse and head to the VFW for a delicious meal!
If you prefer, we’d love to have you join us on August 27th for an exciting day of golf, games, raffles, beautiful scenery, and more!

We’ll tally the scores after the tournament on August 27th and announce the winners that evening at the Appleton VFW.
Please consider becoming an AAH Golf Tournament Sponsor as funding for this event comes from from you, our business partners and community members. Because of your generosity, Appleton Area Health Foundation has been able to purchase Laparoscopic surgical equipment, install a handicap accessible door, purchase pedal bikes, bariatric beds, X-Ray equipment, new tub units and more! This year we’re raising funds to update the sun room at Apple Ridge further enhancing the care we provide to our tenants, their friends, and family.
