Pay My Bill

Appointments or services occurring after April 15, 2023, will be billed on our new Epic statements. You can easily and securely pay your bill online through MyChart. If you have not registered through MyChart, you still have the ability to pay online as a guest.

 

Appointments or services occurring before April 15, 2023, will continue to be billed through Centriq statements. This means if you have a balance on our old system, you will receive two statements until that bill is paid. Please pay all bills as directed on the statement.

 

We understand that receiving two different statements may be confusing, and we encourage you to contact the business office with any questions at 320.289.1580.

To make a payment for dates of service April 15, 2023 to present with a MyChart Account, login to MyChart below. Once you are logged in, navigate to the "Billing" tab and then "Account Payment."
